Job Description
Candidates should be having good English communication and writing skills. Will be responsible for handling our client's various eCommerce platforms.
NIGHT SHIFT : Mon - Thu : 6:30pm - 3:30am Fri : 6:30pm - 10:30 pm (Sat -Sun -OFF)
- Should have strong writing skills, including drafting emails to customers and also writing content for products on various eCommerce platforms.
- Proactively research and find content relevant to process needs.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
