• Ensure customer ticket is logged with right parameters. Resolve tickets assigned promptly and efficiently.
• Follow up on forwarded tickets.
• Learn functionality and implementation methodology of new modules. Keep up to date with new features.
• Update knowledge base for common issues or challenging tickets.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with team members and customers in both written and oral form.
• Document bugs found during the support process.
• Help and support all team members to achieve better performance.

• Excellent communication Skills (English is not mandatory)
• Willingness.
• Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a loosely structured but dynamic environment.
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
