Responsibilities -- Ensure customer ticket is logged with right parameters. Resolve tickets assigned promptly and efficiently.
- Follow up on forwarded tickets.
- Learn functionality and implementation methodology of new modules. Keep up to date with new features.
- Update knowledge base for common issues or challenging tickets.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with team members and customers in both written and oral form.
- Document bugs found during the support process.
- Help and support all team members to achieve better performance.
- Excellent communication Skills (English is not mandatory)
- Willingness.
- Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a loosely structured but dynamic environment.
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
