Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor to assist in the generation of Z Certificates by conducting on-site surveys at small-scale industrial units. The Z Certificate is a crucial compliance document, and this role involves visiting assigned locations, collecting accurate data, filling required forms, and coordinating with internal teams to process certification.

The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, able to travel locally, and capable of communicating effectively with factory owners or representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Visits and Surveys:
- Visit small-scale industries as per the assigned schedule.
- Conduct thorough surveys to assess and document the necessary information for Z Certificate generation.
- Measure or verify details such as machinery used, operational scale, energy usage, and type of production activity.
Data Collection and Documentation:
- Fill in the required forms or checklists accurately.
- Capture photographs or any documentation needed for compliance purposes.
- Cross-verify data with site representatives and clarify any discrepancies.
Client Interaction:
- Explain the purpose and process of Z Certificate generation to small industry owners.
- Coordinate with them to collect documents such as Aadhar card, business license, utility bills, etc.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach while handling queries or concerns.
Reporting and Submission:
- Submit survey reports daily/weekly to the back-office or compliance team.
- Ensure that all reports are complete, signed, and meet the required standards.
- Follow up if any additional information or clarification is needed post-visit.
Travel and Time Management:

Travel to different locations within the city or district as assigned.
Manage time efficiently to complete multiple surveys per day if required.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi or local language (basic English preferred)
Ability to collect and record accurate information
Basic understanding of documentation and compliance procedures
Confidence to interact with small business owners
Use of smartphones or basic survey apps/tools
Physical fitness and willingness for daily travel
