Job Description
- Must have an experience in SEO/SMO
Execute online reputation strategies and tactics
Adapt and implement global best practices in online reputation management
Monitoring of Internet word-of-mouth for synapseindia as per predefined standards
Manage KPIs and carry out response procedures on a day to day basis
Resolve negative cases in a timely manner
Build and maintain relationships with reference web-sites
An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews, RSS etc. Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English with proper grammar and spelling
Ability to make robust reputation management strategy according to new guidelines in Google search engine
Having Experience with web analytics
Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the Companys field
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Above all we are looking for the candidate who has successfully created, executed and maintained online reputation strategy of the company in the IT sector(preferably) as job would involve making out of box strategy with constant monitoring , analyzing, company online reputation.
Only Candidate should have strong logical reasoning for things he would be implementing in the strategy and have shown positive commitment and results towards fresh challenges in his previous organizations should apply.
