Job Description
- Handle End to End Recruitment activities
- Sourcing of CVs through Advertisements / Job Portals / Social Networks / Reference
- Screening of CVs
- Telephonic discussion with the Shortlisted Candidates, explaining the suitability of their profiles & lining up the interview
- Conducting Walk-In / Scheduled Interviews for Shortlisted Candidates at Various Locations
- Salary Negotiation with the Selected Candidates
- Arranging Pre-Employment Medical Checkup for Salary Accepted Candidates
- Taking care of Reference Check for the Selected Candidates
- Preparing Offer letter & dispatching
- Follow-up with the candidates until their joining
- On-Boarding Joining Formalities
- New Joinees updation in Tracker
- Taking care of Back ground verification from Professional agency for Court Record Check / Qualification & Experience Certificates of the candidates
- Follow up with the Consultancy for Position close-out
- Responsible for Travel Reimbursement processing
- Maintaining the Employee database & updating on Weekly basis
