- We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive (Female) to work with us fulltime.
- This opening is for Female applicants only.
- It is an advantage if you have a notice period of 30 days or lesser.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Experience of Six months to One Year working in a similar role in an IT company is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
- Preparation of Job Descriptions (JD).
- Posting jobs in portals and managing responses through references, company website etc.
- Sourcing profiles from job portals and social Networking sites like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews withprospective applicants and following up for feedback.
- Negotiations and background/reference check of the selected candidates.
- Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, CTC breakup and ensuring timely joining of candidates.
- Effectively handle walk-ins & Campus Recruitment.
- Prepare and implement various tests as needed.
- Provide general support to the HR department and related stakeholders, as necessary.
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good to have exposure in recruitment for emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI.
