Hiring for Team members and Team Leads (across experience Levels)

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Manage recruitment operations

2. Supporting Clients across IT, Manufacturing, ITES, Startups, and others to close positions.

3. Work on bringing innovation in the hiring process along with the tech team to improve efficiency and output

4. Work with the IT team to understand the needs of the user better and work towards creating a better user experience and interface based on feedback

5. Understand Tech and Domain details well enough to service clients effectively

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Quota or goal-oriented
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy
• Based out of Mumbai
