Role & responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements, including frontline, entry-level, lateral, and niche roles as applicable.- Plan and execute mass hiring drives, walk-ins, job fairs, campus recruitment, and vendor-led hiring initiatives.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and future workforce demands Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews efficiently while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).- Ensure smooth offer rollout, negotiation, and on boarding coordination for large hiring volumes.
