Title: Talent Acquisition - Intern
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Mumbai/Andheri
Type of Role: Contract/Hybrid
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
4. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment efforts
6. Assist with onboarding activities and participate in HR initiatives as needed

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Proven ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
3. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
4. A passion for talent acquisition and a results-driven mindset.
