Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates or consultants and the interview panel
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
4. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs
5. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualification
1. Any Degree
2. Excellent Communication
3. Attention to detail
4. Educational Background in HR is an add-on advantage
5. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively
