Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 6th Jul'22 and 10th Aug'22

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain job postings through various online databases
2. Review the applications and help to select suitable candidates
3. Search both active and passive candidates through multiple channels
4. Provide support on assigned administrative processes within the HR department
5. Support HR processes and policies implementation from an administrative perspective
6. Handle recruitment operations for the talent acquisition team, which includes making calls and scheduling the potential candidates for interviews
7. Interview follow-ups with the candidates and hiring managers
8. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
9. Maintain databases and the candidate's pipeline
10. Take end-to-end ownership of TA-related projects that will improve the overall efficiency of the team and learning all the aspects of HR recruitment
