Talent Acquisition
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala)
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
6. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to HR managers
8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about training cohorts, compensation, and benefits
11. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
12. Act as a consultant to new candidates and help them onboard
