Roles and responsibilities
· End to End recruiting, interviewing, and screening
· Ownership of each candidate, each position and each Customer.
· Responsibilities can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
· Screening resumes.
· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
· Fulfilling the tactical objectives of a business through hiring and retaining employees is one job of an HR recruiter.
· Also to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.
