Job Description
Location - Mumbai, India
Job Purpose
ï· Ensure and execute recruitment requirements as per the requirements given.
ï· Monitor, update & maintain recruitment tracker & status.
ï· To coordinate with functional heads for coordination and scheduling of
interviews.
Key Result Areas
ï· Timely completion of recruitment process, withing specific times lines as per
TAT.
Key Responsibilities
ï· To ensure recruitment process are completed within the turnaround time.
ï· Recruitment including but not limited to posting positions on job portals,
searching resumes on job portals, LinkedIn & success factor. providing detail
description of the roles.
ï· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
ï· Source and screen candidates by providing detailed job description and explaining
the roles.
ï· Creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
ï· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
ï·
Education and Experience
ï· Graduate with 3-5 years of experience with hands on experience in handling
engineering recruitments.
Background, Skills, and Competencies
ï· Having worked in Recruitment Consultancy firms or Multi National Companies
with expertise in engineering recruitments.
ï· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ï· Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
ï· Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
ï· Time-management skills and multitasking ability
ï· Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
