• As a client advisor at ClearTax, you act as a trusted advisor for our clients, addressing queries related to tax Registration, Accounting, Payroll, ROC Compliances, Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, GST, tax and advisory services.
  
•  You would also demonstrate End to End ownership of key outcomes for client services

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet
• Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
• Willing to learn other areas under tax and compliances
  
• Strong communicator – English, Hindi, regional languages (bonus)
  
• Demonstrate high degree of customer focus
  
• Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
  
• Proficient in Office Tools - Word/Excel/PowerPoint
