Role Overview:

This is your opportunity to partner with India's leading education technology company to deliver the

world's best 'coding for kids' program. This program aims to transform the children from consumers to

creators of technology. It will equip them with the skills to use technology to create their own apps,

animations and games.You will also be receiving detailed training on teaching the most critical skills of the

future- computational thinking, creativity and collaboration.All this while earning 2x of regular teachers and

working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities - What to expect from the role?

Conduct live online sessions with students (age group: 6-12) to teach block-based coding

Participate in certified training programs to learn how to teach 21st Century Skills using coding

Assist curriculum developers and content creators to refine the course

Required Skills and Experience - What are we expecting from you?

Passion for education and teaching for kids is a must

Prior teaching experience is a must (not necessarily computer science)

Prior experience of teaching computer science or exposure to computer programming is preferred

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to engage children in a learning session and the ability to transform every class into a

joy-filled learning experience

Prior experience in designing curriculum/ creating lesson plans is a must

Should have an understanding of different pedagogical approaches and learner-centric approach

Qualification, Experience:

B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ B.Sc (CS) /M.Sc (CS). Excellent communication skills, storytelling

abilities and basic programming knowledge are a must.

Even freshers and candidates from other streams with very good communication skills and excellent

programming knowledge will be considered

Female candidates only preferred

Availability:

120 hours per month. Sessions happen only between 4 pm - 9 pm on weekdays and as per

student-teacher convenience on Weekends. Teachers can choose 30 hrs per week between this time

window.

Infrastructure:

Good Laptop (i3 or above) with minimum 8 GB RAM

High-Speed Broadband Internet connection

Compensation:

Minimum of 30,000 against 120 hours of availability within the prescribed time window (Any 30

hours between 4pm to 9pm on weekdays and 10 am till 9 pm Weekends).

Post 120 hours, teacher will be paid INR 300 for every teaching session.

Additionally, Incentive of INR 500 for every student conversion (From Trial session to

subscription)

Joining:

Immediate (Selected candidates will have to undergo 6 hours of Online training for 3 to 5 days before

starting live sessions online)
