Job Description
- To plan,organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Observe and evaluate students performance and development.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students'progress and development.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinery systems of the institute.
- Take weekly test of students and encourage to do their best.
- Perform certain pastoral duties including student support,counseling students with academic problems and make proper notes of the topics .
