Job Description
Responsibilities:
Salary: Depends on the number of students taught.
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkatta
- Work with the student to develop a tutoring plan that fits the student’s individual needs
- Prepare tutoring sessions to ensure the student’s academic development
- Assess the student’s progress throughout tutoring sessions
- Evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.
- Participate in tutor training and development sessions
- Enjoy tutoring the subject for which services are being provided
- Be able to explain concepts to others effectively
- Effectively communicate study strategies to ensure academic success
- Ability to create or find suitable curriculum materials and tutoring tools
- Be disciplined about working hours
