Teach IBDP Business Management (SL/HL) to Grade 11–12 students.

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum framework.

Guide students through Internal Assessments (IAs), ensuring understanding of research, analysis, and evaluation criteria.

Prepare students for external examinations, including case study preparation and exam strategies.

Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and academic abilities.

Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world business application in lessons.

Assess, grade, and provide timely feedback on student work.

Participate in collaborative planning, moderation, and departmental meetings.

Contribute to curriculum review and development for the Business Studies department.
