- undertake all office secretarial work-diary management, document management

- internal &external engagement/workshop arrangements.
- focal fopint for business travel arrangement and all travel logistics
- record and update staff movement. logistic support for staff on-boarding and off-boarding. internal/external visitor arrangement
- execute other ad-hoc secretarial works
- love mobile games-especial
- fluent in English language,
- proficiency in MS software word, excel and PowerPoint
- high efficiency and good sense of responsibilities in work
- capable of working independently
- mature with good attention to details
