Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to work as SME for various academic / educational content creation. We’re hiring SME’s for various subjects – Electronics Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Chemical Engineering and Civil engineering

The responsibilities includes:

1. Managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) working on creating educational or academic content creation.

2. Getting productivity from subject experts for various educational projects e.g. textbook solutions authoring, assessment or quiz questionnaire, online homework help, Q&A, Quality Review, video content creation, etc.

3. Working with project manager to achieve productivity and quality goals, targets.

4. Quality review, check and control in SMEs’ created content.

5. Feedback and training of SMEs.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

1) Minimum 1 year of experience working as SME for educational / academic content creation projects. is mandatory

2) Experience of managing SME team will get preference.

3) Must be flexible in working in shifts as and when required.

4) Must be flexible in working from home and in office; as and when required.

5) Must be experience in QC as Quality Checker.

Educational Qualifications –

1) M.SC- Statistics and Advance Physics.

2) B.Tech/M.Tech – Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering.
