Eligibility Criteria:-

1 Qualification: - 12th pass.

2 Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.

3 Shift timings - General Shift

4 Good Communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1 To manage the team assigned by the company.

2 Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

3 Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance

4 Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards

5 Provide necessary business information

6 Serve as meeting manager or chairman

7 Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel

8 Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule

9 Help keep the team focused and on track
