Shift Timing: Rotational
Working days: 6days
Notice Period - Immediate joiners or max 10 days' Notice Period
Desired Skills:
- Mandatory with min 6months BPO Team Lead Experience is must {Preferably from Telecom Background}
- Good People Management experience is required
- Knows performance metrics- Attrition /Shrinkage/SLA/ CSAT/Quality
- Managed team size-min 10 Agents
- Good MS Excel skills
- Ability to multitask & remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution & strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
- Decisiveness & attention to detail.
- Should be result-Oriented and self-Motivated
- Ability to build strong relationship with customers.
Role and Responsibility - Team Lead
- Responsible to provide training & leading customer support executives as they provide support for customers.
- Responsible to answer representative questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, overseeing team member work for quality and guideline
- Compliance or handling customer related escalations.
- Ensuring employees are achieving desired service levels & taking corrective action whenever needed.
- Knows performance metrics- Attrition /Shrinkage/SLA/ CSAT/Quality
- Preparing reports & analyzing data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, & maximize efficiency & customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectation
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission related objectives, and deadlines
Education
- UG : Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate in Any Specialization
