Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities as a Team Manager:
- Call allocation on area wise and as per the service engineer skill.
- Conducting regular morning meetings with all service peoples.
- Planning for achieve revenue target Service engineer wise.
- Must to increase the productivity of service engineer’s sales and service.
- Customer satisfaction report preparation.
- Pending calls analysis on a daily basis.
- Analysis on sales, service and accessories revenue.
- Daily report on service engineers productivity, collection, pending calls, AMC.
- Call tracking on technician by technician and call by call feedback analysis.
- Revenue target fixing and follow up to achieve the target.
- Call closure of installation call should be zero within 24 hours.
- Ensuring of call feedback by call basis on sms.
- Escalation customer visit with technician and resolve the customer issues.
- Lead team to Increase service engineers productivity.
- 100% customer satisfaction on call closure.
- New initiations for service development and business generation activities.
- In Shop sales CoordinationKey Accounts Management ( Sales & Service )
