Job Description
- Motor TP legal and TP investigation knowledge is must.
- Gathering and Analyzing the facts and developing evidence.
- Meeting with law enforcement agencies like, Police, Law, other Govt agencies in order to take the case into logical conclusion.
- Ensuring to convert suspect cases into cogent evidences.
- Implementation of Forensic Technology and Accident reconstruction for concrete Evidence.
- Using databases or conducting surveillance to obtain background and personal information on claimants.
- Working in close coordination with Legal / Claims team
- FIR filing on fraud identified cases
- Making recommendations regarding the disposition of a case
