Job Description

Huge Opening for Inbound & outbound Tech Support Executive

Interested candidates can apply

Shift Time - 9.30pm To 6.30am & 1pm To 9pm

Salary - Upto 10k + Incentives

Job Role:

Candidates need to attend calls of the customer to troubleshoot issues on windows and mac computer related to software issues and malware issues and solve the issues by pitching an amount and make sales.

Candidate profile required:

Candidates should know how to talk in English.
Candidates experience in Inbound or outbound tech support would be preferable.
Should be flexible for night shift.
Positive and learning attitude needed.
Should be in between 18-30 year of age.
