Pandit Karuppan Chair for Policy Studies on Livelihood Security and Socio-
economic Empowerment of Fisherfolk (PKC)”

Qualification : 1. M.FSc. in Fisheries Management/M.F.Sc. in
Fisheries Economics, M.F.Sc. Fisheries Extension/MSW/MBA with specialization in
the relevant field/MSc in Agriculture and Rural Development/M.Sc. Industrial
Fisheries. 2. Preference will be given to MBA with specialization in the
relevant field or M.F.Sc in Fisheries Management 3. The appointment is
co-terminus with the project or for a maximum period of three years whichever
is earlier. 4. The selected candidate has opportunity to carry out research
leading to PhD.
Remuneration : Rs.13,000/- (consolidated)

in B.F.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.) / Food Technology or B.Sc. Chemistry/ Industrial

Technology/ Computer Science/Chemical Engineering or Degree with PGDCA.
Desirable : Research
Experience and skill in computer operation
