Job Description

  
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Satisfy customers' expectations and company SLAs, and provide effective leadership to technical support teams
2. Take the required steps to meet service KPIs such as response time, uptime, and first-time-fix ratio, among others
3. Monitor and take the required steps to reduce service costs and increase service profitability
4. Plan/schedule technical staff training to improve their skill sets and support the new product line
5. Plan/promote an initiative to increase service productivity
6. Work on getting ready for a new product launch (training, support structure)
7. Allocate technical staff resources more efficiently
8. Follow up with engineers on client problems until they are resolved
9. Ensure that the engineers are always cognizant of company compliance
10. Work on other duties that management may assign from time to time
