Designation: Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision sessions
Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines
Ability to manage high-priority projects
Do a continuous course QA
Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Provide online support or over the call for our learners
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be the first point of escalation.
Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS
Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems
