Job Description:-

·       Responsible for writing website content, BLOG, case studies, newsletters, and press releases and maintaining the company’s web pages.

·       Ideate on social media and email campaigns & create content for the execution of such campaigns.

·       Responsible for creating content for the fast-paced social media platforms such as Quora, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

·       Content preparation and documentation for new modules on Apps, website.

·       Tutorial and promotional video content for modules and related functionality.

·       Creating / updating user manuals, user guides for various software, services, apps etc.

·       Topic research and writing plagiarism-free content for websites, blogs, and social media.

·       Visualize, communicate and create diagrams for abstract concepts and processes.

·       Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write product manuals, implementation guides, blogs, and API documentation.

·       Web copies, blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, content for graphics, content for presentations

·       Case studies, white papers, technical articles, technical proposals

·       Functional Specification Document, Software Requirement Specifications

Requirements, Skills Needed:-

·       Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical content writing, Editing, Designing.

·       Someone who has written for the UK/US market

·       Experience in writing SEO-based content, Keywords insertion & Placement, Sequencing, by finding Keyword density.

·       Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

·       Experience in creating and editing video content

·       Experience with any design tools (Canva, adobe, etc)

·       Accountability: Takes ownership of all responsibilities, and delivers outputs before deadlines.

·       Able to research and gather relevant information for writing unique content.

·       Excellent attention to detail
