Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, informative, and engaging technical content that communicates complex concepts clearly to a range of audiences — including B2B clients, end users, and internal teams. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to create content such as manuals, blog posts, product descriptions, FAQs, case studies, brochures, and website content.
This role requires a deep understanding of technical writing principles, the ability to grasp complex technologies, and the creativity to communicate them effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural information, and reference information.
· Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging content.
· Familiarity with standard style guides and their recommendations.
· Have a functional knowledge of SEO concepts.
· Familiarity with social media management and content tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
· Understanding of SEO, content structuring, and keyword research.
· Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
· Familiarity with technology and other technical concepts from a variety of industries is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation

Write, edit, and proofread technical documents, including product manuals, how-to guides, white papers, specifications, data sheets, installation instructions, FAQs, and SOPs.

Produce digital content such as blogs, website pages, social media posts, video scripts, and case studies.

Create SEO-optimized content to enhance online visibility and generate organic traffic.
2. Product & Technical Understanding

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand product functionality, features, and applications.

Research industry trends, competitor content, and technical developments to create relevant and updated content.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
3. Documentation & Content Standards

Follow the company’s documentation guidelines, templates, and branding standards.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all content.

Ensure all content is accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date.
4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work cross-functionally with design, sales, support, and engineering teams.

Participate in product briefings, demos, or testing sessions to better understand the technology.

Assist in creating marketing materials and sales collateral when required.
5. Content Management

Manage documentation databases, folders, and repositories using tools like Google Drive, SharePoint, or CMS platforms.

Track and update outdated content or product documents based on new feature releases or revisions.

Use content/project management tools like Notion, Trello, Jira, or Confluence to track tasks and deadlines.
