Project Description:
- The project is part of a 5-year community health project being implemented by Aarohi
- This is in a beautiful and rural part of the Kumaon Himalayas.
- Monitor the smooth implementation of a digital Health Management Information System
- Lead the implementing program team that comprises of Health Supervisors and ASHA health workers to adopt the new system.
- To achieve this we have developed the software named Aarogya Sakhi.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Technical Coordinator
The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Proactively monitoring the progress of the project, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Managing communications with all stakeholders
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project
- Solving problem related to software in the mobile device and dashboard as well
- Conducting on job training of ASHAs Supervisors on the use of application
- Reporting the progress of the program on a monthly basis to the Project Coordinator
