Job Description
Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on technical courses that align with their professional development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Guidance:
-
Counsel walk-in and online inquiries regarding available technical courses and certification programs.

Understand a student’s background, interests, career goals, and skill level.

Suggest the most suitable technical courses (e.g., programming, data science, cloud computing, hardware & networking, ethical hacking, etc.).

Explain course structures, modules, career paths, and industry relevance.
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups:
-
Call and follow up with students who have inquired via phone, website, email, or walk-in.

Maintain a structured follow-up process and convert inquiries into admissions.

Update CRM or student management system with accurate lead data and status.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:
-
Stay up to date with all courses, technical trends, and industry-demand skills.

Conduct product demos or presentations online or in person for students, parents, or corporate clients.
-
Help students understand technical topics in simple, relatable terms.
4. Sales & Target Achievement:
-
Achieve weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets set by the management.

Contribute to team sales performance while maintaining high ethical standards.

Promote bundled packages or value-added services like job assistance, resume building, or mock interviews.
5. Coordination & Documentation:
-
Coordinate with academic teams and trainers to confirm course schedules and batch timings.

Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and payment procedures.
-
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and enrollments.
6. Student Engagement & Support:
-
Assist enrolled students with onboarding, course platform login, orientation, and initial academic queries.
-
Act as a point of contact for basic technical or program-related concerns.

Promote events, workshops, webinars, or placement drives conducted by the institute.
