We are looking for a passionate Technical
Support Executive (Telecommunications)for our company based at Noida
Responsibilities:
· Setting up the account for customers
· Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied
· Dealing with customer complaints
· Speaking with customers via email, live chat or on the phone
· Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and being in charge of customer account details
· Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
· Utilising technology to handle a high volume of calls
· Oversee and coordinate telecommunications activities
· Evaluate systems performance level and improve capabilities as needed
· Monitor and test APPLICATION systems and FUNCTIONALITY and troubleshoot problems
Requirements
· The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
· The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure
· Being patient and attentive.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Good team working skills.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
