We are hiring for Java developer with 6+yrs of Experience.

Technical Specification

• Hands-on experience in core java / Core J2EE (collection, multithreading, OOPS Concepts)
  
• Proficiency in struts, spring, hibernate, JDBC, JSP, Servlets.
  
• Good working knowledge in database – MySQL/ NoSQL
  
• Should know and understand SOLID principles and design patterns
  
• Experience in UI / Java based front end using HTML5 (JQuery, Angular, Etc.)
  
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools and frameworks broader cutting edge technologies around server side development.

Responsibilities

• Focus on code optimization, code quality, maintainability etc.
  
• Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome
  
• Assist project manager in the project coordination/management
  
• Interface between team and management
  
• Build and maintain high team morale
  
• Take necessary measures to avoid centralization of knowledge. There should not be any dependency in the project on anybody.
  
• Lead should Motivate/encourage the team members
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Must be proven performer and team players that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing start-up workplace.
  
• Must have valid experience of (6-10) years
  
• Good verbal & written communication skills
