Must Have
- Understanding of JavaScript internals, React JS, Node/Express JS, HTML5, CSS/SAAS, Bootstrap, Web pack
Good to Have:
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Jenkins, Coverity
Personal Attributes:
- Able to do test-driven development
- Hands on knowledge with test frameworks for automation
- Understands different major language paradigms (OOP/Functional)
- Can understand and resolve complex issues
- Understands framework and enough of tool ecosystem of chosen language to implement end to end component with minimal assistance
- Comfortable producing and refactoring code without assistance
- Understands different major language paradigms (OOP/Functional)
- Can reason about complexity of algorithms (time and space) and code (cyclomatic)
- Can debug code
- Can understand and resolve complex issues
