Technical Mentor Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Technical Mentor to oversee and address our student’s technical needs. Technical Mentor will have to the following responsibilities:
a) Support students in classroom and lab session
b) Support Online with Logical Thinking ability or approach for Problem Statements
c) Support students to arrive at different approaches & optimization for Problem Statements
d) Support in Student Technical Profile building [i.e refer participation's in Coding events, help build competitive programming / coding etc]
As a Technical Mentor, you should be able to support non-technical background students as well. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for students during the training (classroom / lab) and post training (online)
· Address all queries on time (Online)
· Provide students with feedback and work with trainer to help identify potential students
· Generate Report on Student overall Technical Performance
Requirements
· Minimum 6 months product development work experience
· Solid Computer Science background with hands on experience in Coding & digital technologies
· Comfortable in Writing, Assessing, Solving In-depth doubts in C & Java
· An ability to gasp student needs and suggest timely solutions
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
· B.Tech degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Expected Availability: From Feb to July, 2020
· Weekdays (Online - Virtual Support)
