Technical Officer – B (Bacteriology)

No. of Post  :  01 (SC)

Qualification  :  1st Class Post Graduate Degree in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Bacteriology/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology (or) 2nd class PG Degree in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/ Bacteriology/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology with Ph.D. in above mentioned subject from a recognised University (or) 2nd class Bachelor of Technical Degree in Biotechnology with 1 year working experience in relevant area of work.

Desirable : Two years working experience in mycobacteriology Lab with clinical samples and efficiency in working with computer.

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 35 years

Technical Officer – B (Electrical)

No. of Post  :  01  (UR)

Qualification  :  Atleast 2nd class Bachelor’s Engineering in Electrical with one year experience relevant area of work

Desirable : 2 years experience in erection, maintenance or construction work.

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 35 years

Technical Officer – B (Software Developer)

No. of Post  :  01  (UR)

Qualification  :  1st class MCA/ M.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (Computer Science) or 2nd class MCA/M.Sc. (IT) / M. Sc. (Computer Science) with Ph.D. in Computer Science/information Technology/Computer Application. or 2nd class B. Tech / B. E (Software Engineering)/ B. Tech / B. E (IT) and with one -year experience in development of web applications, mobile applications and database applications

Desirable : (i) Database management in health research. (ii) Knowledge of the networking principles for configuring and maintaining the organization’s network. (iii) Knowledge of database design, RDBMS and SQL language.

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 35 years

Application Fee :  The candidate has to remit application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) (wherever applicable) through Demand Draft from a nationalized bank in favour of the Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis payable at Chennai.
