Designation: Technical Recruiter - Freshers (On-Site)

Experience: Freshers

Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Working days: 5 days a week

Location: Malakpet / Hyderabad

Commitment for 2yrs ( Mandatory )

Requirement and Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Should be 2023 passed out graduates
• Any Graduation Degree with Computers background
• Comfortable working in Night shift
• Building and keeping good relationships with the managers who will be hiring and other important people to understand their needs and wants for new hires.
• Making sure the company’s goals for hiring are met in a timely and cost-effective way by carrying out the recruitment strategy.
• Checking and deciding if candidates are qualified and a good fit for the job.
• Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities.
• Providing mentorship to hiring managers and other important people throughout the hiring process.
• Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.
• Following company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.
• Improving the hiring process to make it more efficient and cost-effective.
• Making sure the hiring process promotes diversity and inclusivity.
