We are looking for hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. 

Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.  The duties of this role include telephonic calls and email communication with candidates and their recruiters/employers. A professional recruiter will be successful by understanding client requirements and effectively communicating the same to the candidate and explaining the benefits of working with/through ArnAmy.  In the end, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions

Responsibilities:

• Write and post online technical job descriptions (JD), distribute JDs to the recruiting partners/vendors.
• Source potential candidates, develop relationships with a candidate, explain ArnAmy’s value add, develop relationships with recruiters/vendors.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resume. 
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and motivation level.
• Coordinate with IT recruitment manager to prioritize work according to deadlines.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates and to trusted vendors
• Interact with employer to discuss rate part for the candidate.
• Prepare & coordinate paperwork required for submission.
• Able to multi-task and shortlist quality candidates in fast-paced staffing needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Must have.

Highly Motivated, organized, able to multi-task.

Graduation with IT Background is a Plus

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter is a Plus

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Plus
