Job Description
- Handling leads generated through participation in exhibitions, Website, trade portals , mouth references, telephonic calls and emails, Sound communication skill
- Handling PAN India inquiries by understanding prospect/client’s requirement about their application and suggesting best suitable recommendation.
- Efforts to convert PAN India prospects to clients by persuading them to purchase and use our products.
- Strategically building & maintaining healthy relation with existing clients by proper communication in due course of time using any of the means such as meetings, telephonic calls, emails etc.
- Scheduling client meet as and when required for the active inquiries, diagnosing machine, offering suggestion/recommendation, product description, price negotiation, realizing benefits & importance of product/service etc.
- Efforts to penetrate in competitor’s market using strategic means.
- Proper co-ordination & technical assistance with state wise/city wise dealers about inquiries, offers, order execution & other techno-commercial matters relevant to our products and services.
