Have to handle above accounts and interaction with customers through calls and personal visits and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain Regular MIS Reports and CRM, (Include: Name, Dept., Div, Location, Sits Ext. No., Email etc)
Follow up with customers for budgetary offers, installation and further expected action and also have to attend Tender Openings.
Responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirement on specifications and pricing.
Have to identify new similar customers at given specify region
Cooperating with the other divisions e.g. marketing / delivery / support to succeed in working out the daily operations for the region.
Responsible for fulfilling all order commitment in terms of installation, training etc in consultation with the team.
