Job Description

  • Have to handle above accounts and interaction with customers through calls and personal visits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Regular MIS Reports and CRM, (Include: Name, Dept., Div, Location, Sits Ext. No., Email etc)
  • Follow up with customers for budgetary offers, installation and further expected action and also have to attend Tender Openings.
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirement on specifications and pricing.
  • Have to identify new similar customers at given specify region
  • Cooperating with the other divisions e.g. marketing / delivery / support  to succeed in working out the daily operations for the region.
  • Responsible for fulfilling all order commitment in terms of installation, training etc in consultation with the team.
