Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and help our customers install applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include developing product software, resolving issues and provide immediate support to your customers. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems and functional problems. Roles & responsibilities:
The work will be part of Incident management and developing product software along with responsibilities are:
· Customers issues or questions to be quickly understand the root of the problems and solving it, response to tickets within a timeline
· Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, remote installation of applications and software configuration for the ticket assigned
· Co-ordinate and communicate with the Netherlands support team
· Daily handover of pending cases of previous and next shift colleagues
· Co-ordinate with development team while internal technical issues
Requirements:
1. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
2. Fluent speaking in English
3. Specific skills – any programming language
4. Freshers - B.Tech / B.E/ M.Tech/ MCA 2016-2020 pass outs
