Designation: Technical Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and tackle end user issues by interfacing with the Support and Development teams
- Attend all client L1 issues and calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of the response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Have complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base.
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
· Work closely with the support and delivery team to resolve the issues and close the tickets.
Requirements:
· BE preferably in computer science.
· 0-2 yrs experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Customer-oriented.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
- Documentation skills as per the requirement.
