To provide solutions to technical problems through phone support or remote support that may arise in the customer place.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Strong technical and analytical skills.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification: Any Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field
Should have basic and advanced level skills on computer and understand the technical process.
