Roles and Responsibilities
We require a Technical support engineer for one of our clients, who should be having experience in the following-
Configuration of the operating system.
Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN etc)
Troubleshooting
Hardware and software installation and configuration.
Windows experience is a must.
Good to have experience working with Active Directory.
Desired Candidate Profile
(IMMEDIATE CANDIDATES PREFERRED)
Excellent Communication Skills
Candidate should be having following-
Graduation/Diploma (technical degree)
At least 2 years of experience as a tech support engineer.
Good communication skills.
