Position Name: Technical Support Executive
Experience: 1.5-3 Years
Shift: 1st & 2nd shift
Salary: As per industry standard
Working: 6 days working (Saturday-Sunday working, one day holiday between Monday to Friday )
Immediately joiner or within 1-week joiner
Education: BCS, BCA, MCA, MCS, BE
Skill: 1. Prior experience in tech support
2. Proficiency in Linux/ Windows
3. Good verbal & written communication skill
4. Good knowledge of SQL, MySQL
Responsibilities:
Identify software solution
