Role: Online technical support on call & non-technical incidental work.
Location: Chandivali
CTC Range: 2.5 - 3 Lakhs
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Specific Key Skills /Abilities:
- Should be fluent in English & ability to resolve the customer's queries & technical problems over the phone.
Preferred Industry: Security Systems
Qualification:
- BE/Diploma in Electronics and technology
- MCSE certification a plus
- CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification a plus
Job Description:
1. Should be Techno Savvy & technical (Hands on) knowledge about security systems like, IP CCTV, Access control system, Intrusion & fire alarm system etc.
2. Networking knowledge is necessary.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks & should be computer Literate (MS-Word/Excel)

- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
