Job Responsibilities

·         Office 365 set up from start to finish

·         Office Suite installation and Activation

·         OneDrive synchronization application troubleshooting

·         Outlook configuration using POP, IMAP or Autodiscover service

·         Mail flow configuration and troubleshooting

·         Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure

·         Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

• Responsible for design, development, and implementation of Cloud solutions.
• Champion the adoption of Office 365 & Azure services as appropriate for SMB’s
• Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support
• Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary
• Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform
• Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution
• Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
• Administer and support Office 365 Exchange policies.
• Microsoft Office 365 Security Assessment for any business stakeholder with responsibilities for customer data and security.
• Monitor, manage and secure employee's mobile devices data(MDM)
