• Installing and Configuring Windows operating systems/Apple OS.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office and Teams apps.
• Provide support to end users remotely via telephone, chat, email support or tickets and resolving their software and hardware issues in efficient and
• timely manner.
• Create support service tickets and used web-based ticketing systems totrack and deliver support services.
• Install OS on windows/Apple devices, service and upgrade over 300 Windows computers.
• Manage network and troubleshoot network issues.

Skills Required:-

• Should be flexible with rotational Shifts

• Good English Communication Skills

• Graduate/Under graduate Fresher or Experience
